About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Sales Executive to join a leading luxury travel company. If you have a strong background in travel sales, a passion for creating tailor-made holidays, and thrive in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment, this is the perfect opportunity. You will be handling warm, high-value holiday enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth booking process. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with three days in our Richmond office and two days working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound luxury travel enquiries into bookings
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and experiences
- Build relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service
- Maximise sales opportunities and work towards team performance targets
- Manage accurate booking administration and documentation
- Attend educational travel visits to enhance destination knowledge
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of travel sales experience (Travel Agent, Tour Operator, or similar)
- Proven track record in travel sales with strong conversion rates
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working towards sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel for destination familiarisation trips
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience selling holidays.
- Knowledge of Mediterranean destinations such as Greece, Italy, France, and Spain
- Familiarity with CRM and booking systems
- A valid driving license is desirable

Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday (on a rotational basis): 10 AM – 5 PM
- Sunday (seasonal rotation): 10 AM – 5 PM (Time off in lieu provided for weekend shifts)
