I am looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join an award-winning IFA practice based in Manchester City Centre. Dealing with HNW clients, you will be providing first-class administration support to Financial Advisers and their clients.
Day to day duties will include:
- Processing and Chasing Letters of Authority to completion.
- Obtaining Illustrations and preparation for Client Meetings.
- New Business Processing and Fund Switches.
- Chasing New Business through to completion with providers.
- Database Management/Task Management - ensuring Database is updated with all transactional elements of a client’s portfolio.
- Fee and Invoice Processing.
- Provide Client Portfolio Summaries and Valuations.
- Ongoing Suitability Processing following Client Review meetings.
To apply for this role you must have previous administration experience in an IFA environment with a broad knowledge in all Financial Planning product areas and experience of using a variety of Platform Provider Portals & Systems.
