Proficiently deal with all legal matters regarding conveyancing including residential sale/purchase, transfer of equity, remortgage, lease and bridging finance.
-Provide information and assistance to junior members of conveyancing team and support staff including where appropriate training, coaching and mentoring.
-Effectively manage your own caseload
-Adhere to SRA regulations including SRA accounts rules
-Assist the Head of Conveyancing and Managing Director with recruiting and inducting junior fee earners and support team members.
-Maintain existing client, estate agent and mortgage broker relationships
3 years minimum residential conveyancing experience
-Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Office
-Complying with the Law Societys Conveyancing Quality Scheme
-Internal CRM systems
