We are looking for a number of Actuarial Analysts to join our GMP Equalisation team. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with experience as a qualified/part-qualified pensions actuary who enjoys the technical aspects of actuarial work. We are also interested in hearing from candidates with a pensions administration background.
The Team aims to give our members the best outcomes and security in retirement through the advice we give, the services we deliver and the solutions we develop.
The Role involves working as part of the GMP team to assist clients in equalising pensions for their scheme members. This includes but is not limited to:
- Analysing and interpreting member data with precision
- Conducting detailed reviews of complex calculations
- Crafting clear, written advice for our clientele on GMP equalisation
- Engaging with client teams, offering robust support throughout project lifecycles
- Collaborating with various departments within XPS, ensuring seamless communication
- Exploring specialist research and development opportunities that pique your interest, contributing valuable insights to the team
- Guiding and nurturing the next generation of actuarial talent
