Are you looking to start a career in Ticketing? Do you want to work for a company named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work? AEG Presents are looking for a Ticketing Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Tour ticketing team for events under the AEG Presents and Goldenvoice brands.

You will prepare events for on-sale through co-ordination, collation and distribution of event information, pre-sales, and notification to all box offices; report on sales figures for shows both internally and externally for UK and European tours; co-ordinate and re-allocate tickets across various venues and ticketing platforms; manage label and industry buy requests; act as a support role for the ticketing team across larger scale events which may include on-site support; work with Finance on a variety of reports and requirements, to ensure they have the information needed for invoicing.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience working within ticketing;
  • Good Customer Service skills and experience working in a busy customer service environment;
  • Accurate reporting skills with good attention to detail and numerical skills;
  • A solid working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
