The Press Brake Setter/Operator will work independently and occasionally as part of a team to operate a variety of manual and automated machinery. The role involves producing high-quality metal materials to meet hourly production targets, ensuring both standard and bespoke products meet the required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high-quality standards at all times for both standard and bespoke products.
- Communicate proactively with supervisors, managers, and Quality Control regarding production, quality, and health & safety issues.
- Ensure a clean and tidy work area at all times.
- Adhere to health & safety standards, follow instructions, and wear appropriate PPE.
General Requirements:
- Previous experience in engineering sheet metal production, specifically setting and operating CNC press brakes.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Follow internal processes and complete relevant paperwork.
- Basic understanding of IT systems.

- Previous experience with Trumpf machines.
- Proficient in using measuring equipment.
