Line Manager: Governors, Senior Leadership Team, Class Teachers, and ABA Supervisors

Supervisory Responsibilities: ABA Tutors, as directed

Hours of Work: Term Time Only, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute break (some flexibility expected depending on school needs)

About Forest Bridge School

Forest Bridge School is a new all-age Special Free School (ages 4-16) for children with autism, opened in September 2015 in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. The school provides a supportive environment with therapeutic support and excellent teaching to help pupils with autism reach their full potential. Our goal is to support each pupil's progress into training, employment, or further education. We are committed to creating a culture where every pupil can thrive and flourish. Our aim is for Forest Bridge School to be an outstanding autism provision rooted in ABA, focusing on each individual pupil’s potential.

Partnership and Teaching Philosophy

We believe in close collaboration among all 'teachers' in a pupil’s life, including parents, teachers, behaviour therapists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and tutors, to deliver outstanding outcomes.
