Jo Malone London has an opportunity within the Global Online team for an Online Coordinator. This role will be based out of our offices in Marylebone. It is a hybrid role working from our offices and home. The candidate will be part of the Global Online Team responsible for the Online and Digital Marketing strategies and Web Development for Jo Malone London’s online channels globally. The Online Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication, asset management, and campaign support across multiple markets. You will collaborate closely with creative, digital, and marketing teams to support the roll-out of online assets and campaign execution guidelines, ensuring brand consistency and a best-in-class luxury customer experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, pro-active communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within set timelines.

Role Responsibilities Include:

  • Market Asset Management, Support & Roll-Out
  • Help coordinate online asset delivery project timings, ensuring all timelines are met and that the online and creative teams adhere to SLAs.
  • Compile Digital Programme Guide documents, translation/copy documents, and SKU build documents.
  • Support with stakeholder routing of digital assets and consolidating feedback.
  • Assist the timely and accurate roll-out of digital assets, delivery of marketing and promotional materials for e-commerce platforms globally, ensuring all materials are up to date and reflect brand guidelines.
  • Support blog content management including identifying global SEO content gaps and optimisations, general article maintenance, and ensuring pages are live on time and merchandised across sites.
  • Campaign Support
    • Support the end-to-end campaign management process, from ideation and planning to creative and copy briefing.
    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth and timely global execution.
    • Produce copy and creative asset briefs for online campaigns.
    • Support in providing campaign briefs to the Global SEO Agency and apply these deliverables to within Digital Programme Guide including keywords, URL, and meta description recommendations.
    • Conduct keyword research for all key campaigns and include within campaign and product copy briefs.
    • Assist with the QA process for global campaign page templates to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Market Support & Communication
    • Assist with regular asset release communication to the markets.
    • Coordinate with local market teams to ensure consistency in asset usage and brand representation.
    • Support with day-to-day market communication regarding assets, creative and campaign related queries.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years experience in Ecommerce or online Marketing.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • A pro-active logical thinker who is observant and eager to learn.
    • Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication and listening skills.
    • Highly organised, detail-oriented, flexible, and process-driven with ability to move projects forward.
    • Some understanding of SEO and digital content strategies.
    • Experience in using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Good knowledge of GA and InDesign (preferred but not essential).
