Product Owner

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Product Owner to join our eMAR (electronic Medication Administration Record) product team. In this role, you’ll work at the heart of an agile team, owning the backlog, representing the voice of the customer, and ensuring the timely, impactful delivery of features that make a real difference in care. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our eMAR product, helping care providers work more effectively and safely.

What You’ll Do:

• Create, prioritise, and refine a clear, actionable product backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Define sprint goals, lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and champion continuous improvement in every cycle
• Communicate the product vision and priorities clearly to the team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering feedback and managing expectations
• Set and uphold acceptance criteria to maintain high-quality standards, and proactively monitor and mitigate delivery risks

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise product backlogs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-centric mindset with sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement
• Desirable: experience in health and social care, understanding of medication workflows, technical knowledge, or UI/UX design experience

• A base salary of up to £50,000 and bonus depending on experience
