Our core technology team at Macquarie supports and enables the organisation's global business activities by providing technology services across the device space, including desktop, iPhones, and iPads. We also handle Application Packaging, Printing, and support data capture and surveillance on corporate mobile devices. What role will you play? As a Mobility and Surveillance Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical delivery of project tasks such as data surveillance, migration to managed Apple IDs, multi-factor authentication, and building customised mobile device profiles. You will improve and maintain our current mobile device management environments (Workspace ONE and Intune) and our application management (Intune MAM). Your role will be pivotal in delivering a global device strategy for the group. You will also handle Level 2 and 3 support queries, troubleshoot WorkSpace ONE/Intune MDM and network technologies, and support data capture and operational issues with the surveillance platform.

What you offer:

  • Experience in WorkSpace ONE Enterprise Mobility Management, UEM design understanding, networking, and automation in large enterprise environments.
  • Sound knowledge of Mobile Device Management technologies, preferably VMware/Omnissa AirWatch/Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune MDM migration experience (Workspace ONE/Intune) is hugely advantageous.
  • Experience in design, implementation, deployment, and management of iOS and Android operating systems.
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and associated technologies including Azure, Exchange, Intune, Active Directory.
  • Proven experience with RESTful APIs and PowerShell Scripting.
  • Documentation skills in referencing existing and developing new materials, with familiarity in Confluence and JIRA tools being favourable.
  • Knowledge of Netskope and Managed Apple IDs is an advantage.
  • Sound understanding of risk management and ability to work with Cyber and Risk on any project/solution assessments.
