Responsibilities
- Work in a highly collaborative environment and interact closely with investment teams and distribution to create compelling product campaigns that align with the business and sales strategy.
- Define KPI’s, monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, identify areas for improvement and provide regular insights to the broader team.
- Work with communications and marketing colleagues to produce effective and professional product marketing materials, across media channels, including written, visual, podcast/video, web, email, and social.
- Develop regional marketing plans to help deliver investment positioning for specific audiences such as events, digital newsletters, and written content.
- Review, initiate and lead the production process of relevant product collateral and contribute to the production of corporate marketing content.
- Govern consistency of messaging across existing product marketing materials.
Experience Required
- Previous relevant experience of managing marketing projects within the intermediary channel.
- Previous relevant experience in product marketing in the asset management industry with knowledge of fixed income and equities marketing.
- Advanced project and process management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and multitask.
- Technical skill set to report data, recognise trends, and analyse and communicate the outcome of campaigns.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Team player who collaborates with stakeholders across the firm and any relevant third parties.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment.
- Prior experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferable but not essential.
