The Role: As the Director, you will be responsible for spearheading the bank's growth strategy, leveraging your extensive network and expertise in the Technology, IT Services, and Software sectors. You will lead client engagements, originate new opportunities, and guide a high-performing team to execute complex M&A transactions seamlessly.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Origination Leadership: Drive the origination of M&A deals within the Technology, IT Services, and Software sectors, leveraging your established network and market insights.
- Client Development: Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with C-level executives, private equity firms, and other key stakeholders to position the bank as the advisor of choice.
- Strategic Growth: Shape and execute the firm’s growth strategy, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and market opportunities.
