As a Telephone Business Development Manager, you will be the first line of contact for financial advisors in the London area, supporting the field based Business Development Manager. This dynamic role involves both proactive outbound telephone and Teams calls, as well as responding to inbound queries via phone and email. Your primary objective will be to deepen and expand relationships with London financial advisors, enhancing the service and support we provide.
You will play a key role in coordinating with the field-based BDM, including preparing for and booking meetings, to ensure the seamless delivery of our business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for financial advisors in the London area
- Conduct proactive outbound calls and Teams meetings to develop relationships with advisors
- Handle inbound telephone and email queries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the field-based Business Development Manager to identify opportunities and provide support
- Prepare for and schedule meetings for the field-based BDM with London financial advisors
- Build and maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the account management database
- Assist in increasing the scope of relationships with financial advisors by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with an account management database or CRM system
