The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
You will report directly into two Partners of the group in a recruitment role, working across the full lifecycle of a placement. Your clients will be leading global names in Asset Management and Alternatives. You will have exposure to both Contingency and Executive Search mandates.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing for new business pitches
- Searching for and screening candidates
- Working on live roles, and placing candidates
- Networking candidates and clients to grow the business
Ideal background:
- Excellent academics are essential: should have a degree or equivalent and top grades strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and written skills
