We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing event planning and execution, ensuring the successful delivery of events that exceed client expectations and support audience engagement. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships. Address client needs promptly and provide solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the development, production, and delivery of events from concept to completion. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Manage event logistics, including timelines, budgets, and contracts. Attend on-site inspections and oversee event operations to guarantee quality delivery. Maintain responsibility for event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting client expectations. Prepare invoices, track expenses, and provide detailed financial reports post-event. Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align event objectives with company goals. Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Post-Event Activities: Prepare detailed event recaps and reports for clients. Gather feedback to identify areas of improvement for future events. Explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Audience Engagement: Build a network of potential Fortune event attendees. Support the team in charge of extending invitations. Engage with attendees throughout the event organization process by sending them invitations and reminders, checking their dietary requirements, etc. Nurture attendee engagement post-event.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event management or account management (3-5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of event planning processes and client relationship management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
  • A degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
