As the company continues to expand, they are looking for an Exhibitor Coordinator to support the Project Management team and help ensure seamless project execution. Their mission is crafting the exhibition industry’s most remarkable stands and graphics with clients at the heart of every design decision. From initial client interactions to overseeing project planning, you’ll be pivotal in bringing creativity to life.
As an Exhibitor Coordinator, you’ll have the skills to be a customer fulfilment and client facing expert, delivering the highest level of customer service throughout the process for exhibitor bookings. Based in Stansted, you’ll bridge the exhibitor team and project managers to ensure a smooth delivery from the first contact through to the post-show follow-up. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will enhance your time management and project management skills. Your days will be filled with exciting challenges, from schedules for events to coordinating resources across departments. You’ll communicate specific show requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration between our graphics experts and the design & production teams. Your time is split between working in the office and delivering the exhibitor graphics on-site.
What You’ll Do:
- Handling all exhibitor queries, responding to queries within 24-48hrs
- Work closely alongside exhibitors to achieve their vision at events
- Create schedules for new events, keeping orders up to date and accurate
- Foster cross-departmental communication, providing comprehensive briefs
- Deliver projects in the UK and worldwide
- Discover new ways to improve customer retention
- Review processes and suggest new ideas for customer touchpoints, surprise and delights
- Maintain and update live schedules for smooth operations
- Ensure all invoicing and payments are chased and confirmed before event installation
- Maintain strong communication with design and production teams
- Champion continuous improvements in quality, productivity, and safety
- Ensure timely proofing and sign-off of exhibitor artwork
- Guide on-site installation teams with invaluable support
- Quote projects aligned with contracted prices and rate cards
- Expand opportunities with organisers, aiding business growth
- Actively engage in the improvement journey, sharing insights with the Head of Exhibitor Services
- Uphold core company values for collective success
- Play a key role in Company sustainability efforts, embodying reuse and recycling.
