About the role

Full time/ Part time or Job share - 36.75 hours per week

Up to £30,000 per annum + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

Key responsibilities

  • Creating a store within a store, thinking big and making things happen.
  • Setting standards and coming up with ideas to improve the team and department.
  • Maintaining high customer service levels and spotting opportunities for improvement.
  • Running your department while collaborating with your team.

  • Positive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to share ideas.
  • Extensive customer service experience and a passion for home improvement.
  • Ability to learn new technology and adapt to new working methods.
  • Flexibility to cover store opening hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
