Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor components of storage systems, including volumes, LUNs, disks, and logs.
- Manage incidents, changes, problems, and capacity planning.
- Plan and execute disaster recovery activities.
- Conduct regular backup management, health checks, and ensure successful backups.
- Perform storage health checkups and monitor storage array performance.
- Manage controller mirroring configurations and troubleshoot any issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in System Administration.
- Expertise in Storage Systems: Dell Powermax, Vplex, Isilon, eNAS, Cisco/Brocade SAN switch.
- Proficiency in Backup Management: EMC Data Domain, Networker, ECS.
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems: VMWare and Linux/RedHat.
