The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
The primary focus of the Growth Leader – Health UK is to drive growth, thought leadership, and innovation across the Health business. This role will work in close partnership with colleagues across Health UK and the wider Aon business to generate opportunities, identifying ways to connect clients and colleagues. This role will help deliver new business from existing clients as well as focus on our key growth priorities which include Health and Risk clients and Online.
What the day will look like
- Leadership
- Strategy & planning - works with colleagues and uses data / analytics to identify opportunities to grow the business and ensure execution of:
- Jeopardy – actively reduce our exposure
- Articulating Value - Supporting appropriate fee levels
- New Business – focus on Growth Priorities which include Health and Risk and Online
- Delivering Aon United (DAU) via segmentation – increase Solution Line / Product Density with Aon Client Leadership.
- Enablers – identify & implement tools to improve growth performance.
- Financial - works with the Health UK CCO to set the annual growth budget for jeopardy, articulating value and new business.
- Clients & Prospects
- New business / defensive pitches – provides coaching, input and agrees strategy with teams for major bids.
- Client satisfaction reviews - undertakes reviews on major clients and creates a feedback loop to colleagues.
- Major events – lead & activate major insight programmes (including events) that impact Health UK, including AIRMIC & Aon Insight Series.
- External profile – actively seeks networking and speaking opportunities to raise awareness of Aon capabilities.
- Optimise data analytics across Health to unlock client value, support growth in the core and drive new revenue streams.
- Current MI: provides MI and analysis of jeopardy, articulating value, new business pipeline to inform decision making, drive activity, and handle performance.
- Future MI: Identify future data / analytics requirements to improve business performance.
- Partners with marketing, growth operations, and Industry Vertical leader to identify and drive insight led campaigns aligned to the New Business Growth Priorities and opportunities.
- Active member of the Health Commercial Team.
- Global standards - drives execution of the global standards in line with the client value creation model; jeopardy management, client discovery, client planning, client feedback, and bid management.
- Role models teamwork, collaboration, integrity and respect to deliver the best of our firm to our colleagues and clients.
- Partners with the Health UK leaders to create a community for client leaders that provides a ‘voice’ in the organization and allows for a forum to share best practices.
