We are looking for an experienced Technician to join our clients growing risk processing team within our growing broker business specialising in international entertainment insurance. The role involves processing risk data, handling insurer and broker account queries, supporting operational tasks, and assisting with month-end financial closings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process risk data from slips into the Underwriting System
- Process risks onto the Xchanging Platform (including some LPAN production)
- Handle incoming payments within the Underwriting System and release via Xchanging
- Run monthly Insurer Statements
- Run monthly retail broker statements
- Run monthly Premium BDX for binding authority business
- Answer incoming insurer and broker account queries
- Assist with month-end financial closing
- Support wider business with operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in the London Market, specifically with processing via the Xchanging platform for Lloyd’s & LIRMA markets
- Strong understanding of the underwriting process and risk data handling
- Familiarity with insurer and broker account management
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to proprietary/in-house underwriting systems (training provided)
