Location: Hybrid – 1-2 days a week in London, Cannock, or Bingham, with regular UK-wide travel. Regular trips to Cannock will be necessary in the first six months.

Small and medium-sized charities make up over 96% of the charity sector. They play a crucial role in society, enriching communities locally, nationally, and globally. At Peridot, our aim is clear: to partner with these remarkable charities and support them in appointing outstanding leaders to maximise their potential and impact. We’ve spent over 15 years building successful relationships with charities of all sizes. Over the past year, we’ve developed a specialist practice for small and medium charities, showcasing a strong track record. We’re now set to expand this practice, seeking a Senior Consultant to enhance our team and further strengthen our presence.

We are looking for someone with experience in recruiting charity leaders, ideally at the managerial, executive, or board level. Strong experience in developing and winning new business is also essential. A personal connection to a small or medium charity, whether as an active volunteer, Trustee, or through prior work, is highly valued.
