The Account Executive in the Large Enterprise sector plays a crucial role in driving business growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts. Your primary focus will be nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities for growth within the current client base, and maximizing revenue from established accounts. You will lead sales initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to position Colt's solutions effectively, delivering strategic, customer-focused engagements within a defined region.
What you will do:
- Develop and drive initiatives to grow revenue from existing accounts and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Create and implement effective, data-led strategies to prioritize and manage client activities.
- Build and nurture relationships, aligning Colt’s products and solutions with client business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success to strengthen client relationships and boost revenue.
- Engage with Marketing and GLG (Global Lead Generation) teams to ensure quality lead generation.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
- Lead and mentor virtual sales teams, supporting strategic account planning and execution.
- Accurately manage forecasting and pipeline activities using proven sales methodologies.
