Job Title: Contentious Probate Lawyer
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonuses
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice on new and ongoing contentious probate matters.
• Discussing a range of queries with prospective and existing clients regarding wills, estates, and inheritance disputes.
• Drafting various documentation and communications, including legal correspondence, pleadings, and court applications.
• Recording accurate information and auditing files to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Undertaking consultations and negotiations to resolve contentious probate disputes.
• Allocating administrative tasks as and when required to support the smooth running of the department.
