Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal advice on new and ongoing contentious probate matters.
- Discussing a range of queries with prospective and existing clients regarding wills, estates, and inheritance disputes.
- Drafting various documentation and communications, including legal correspondence, pleadings, and court applications.
- Recording accurate information and auditing files to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Undertaking consultations and negotiations to resolve contentious probate disputes.
- Allocating administrative tasks as and when required to support the smooth running of the department.
