Senior Legal Counsel (United Kingdom)

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us comply with UK financial regulations and support our expansion into new markets.

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice on regulatory compliance for Zen.com’s operations in the UK financial sector
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including terms & conditions, agreements, and customer notifications
• Preparing corporate documents, such as board/shareholder meeting minutes and regulatory filings
• Monitoring and interpreting legal and regulatory changes affecting the company’s business operations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel in the financial sector
• Excellent knowledge of UK laws, especially financial sector regulations
• Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations would be a strong plus
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to find creative solutions

The successful candidate will be subject to a 3-month probationary period. During this time, the notice period for both parties will be one month.
