We’re hiring! Aon are currently recruiting a Senior Broker to join our Facultative Reinsurance team in the UK, primarily responsible for:
- Working with the Head of Natural Resources Facultative Reinsurance and team to maximise business production from both the Aon Re network and UK market.
- The design and co-ordination of placement solutions for complex risks emanating from both retail and reinsurance network offices and clients.
About the Role
As a Senior Broker some of your key responsibilities will involve:
- Building and developing client relationships, both ceding companies and network offices.
- Supporting growth strategies, including the optimisation of Aon Re facility platforms.
- Leading placement role, including strategy and programme design.
- Management and mentoring of junior team members.
Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

- Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service.
