What you’ll be doing:
As the Senior Insights Manager, you will be a key player in our Commercial Strategy team and be responsible for driving advertising revenue and proving the value of Reach advertising solutions through crafting compelling insights stories through data and research. You will lead, implement and present thought leadership research in collaboration with agencies and external partners to bring the Reach audience story to life. Reporting to the Head of Insights, you will align with senior leadership/stakeholders on business priorities and objectives to inform on insights strategy. You will leverage existing, untapped tools and data to form compelling data-driven narratives to drive commercial outcomes, and develop new, innovative approaches to insights and campaign measurement to maximise value and impact for the sales organization and clients.
What you’ll need to succeed:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Insight Manager with a strong understanding of the digital media landscape and ad effectiveness measurement/research techniques. You will have proven knowledge in primary research methodologies and proficiency in designing, executing and analysing quantitative research studies. Bonus points if you have experience in qualitative! We are looking for an individual who has a passion and curiosity for numbers and data in traditional and digital media and advertising. We are looking for previous team management experience, and for someone who is enthusiastic and motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Stakeholder management skills and experience are a must, with the ability to be an effective and confident communicator with proven client-facing and presentation experience. It is key that our Senior Insight Manager has knowledge and experience with advertising and media research vendors.
