Account Executive (New Business sales of Construction Software) £55k-£65k basic, Commission on Top, Remote Working, UK national role Selling to the UK Construction sector.
Working for a Global Technology business who manufacture software solutions for built environments. Having recently expanded their operation to the UK, with some significant initial success, they are now looking for an additional salesperson to join the team.
Working remotely, with occasional team meetings in Manchester, the Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective customers in the UK Construction sector. They will be selling a full suite of software solutions that will fully manage any building site, across the entire lifecycle of its project. The role is supported by a Sales Development Rep (1:1) and a UK based Marketing team.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for the following:
- Minimum of 3 years, recent experience of selling Software/SaaS into the UK Construction sector.
- New business, hunter skills. Comfortable with prospecting, booking and attending meetings, demos and closing contracts.
- Track record of success, be able to discuss closed deals in the Construction sector, as well as achieved sales targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, used to presenting at board level.
- UK based, must be able to drive with access to a suitable vehicle.
