Contract Length: Approximately 12 months until, 31/03/2026
Location: London – hybrid 3 days per week
Pay Rate: £349.61 PAYE per day + c15% accrued holiday + pension contribution (this rate is currently provisional). You will be paid an hour PAYE for the length of the contract (equivalent to £450 UMB per day)

About the Role
Join a Transformation team within a major public sector service, supporting business change and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Change Lead and senior team by deputising in meetings and creating reports and dashboards.
- Develop and manage strategic change plans across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead workshops to assess change impact, identify stakeholder needs, and conduct training analysis.
- 'Train the trainer' experience is a plus.
- Build strong relationships across the business to ensure smooth communication and feedback.
- Collaborate with Change Analysts and PMO to ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards.
- Help establish and promote a consistent programme 'brand.'
- Ensure business readiness before go-live, addressing resistance through tailored change interventions.
- Write clear, concise communications and deliver other programme support activities.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Over 8 years' experience leading change strategies, ideally with a Change Management qualification.
- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on when needed.
- Strong presenter and facilitator, able to translate technical changes into user-friendly information.
- Experience in e-learning, AI, web design, and other creative communication methods.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities, adapting quickly as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Proactive, creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Confident in challenging senior stakeholders and ensuring high standards in all deliverables.
