Guildhall School is a vibrant, international community of musicians, actors, and production artists in the heart of the City of London. Ranked as the top conservatoire in the Guardian University Guide music league table, we deliver world-class professional training in partnership with distinguished artists, companies, and ensembles. Our short courses offer inspiring training for children, young people, adult learners, and creative and business professionals. We aim to open up the world of the conservatoire to people outside of formal learning, making our resources and expertise available to others. We welcome around 1,400 participants every year, and our provision spans music, drama, production arts, writing, and skills for the creative industries.
We are looking for an experienced Open Programmes Production Manager (Summer Schools) to be a key part of a busy and dynamic team. The postholder will be responsible for the delivery, operations, and logistics for the 2025 Summer Schools, ensuring a successful and smooth-running programme and high-quality experience for all stakeholders (participants, internal and external colleagues, course tutors).
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Planning skills and the ability to problem solve
- Proven ability to build strong and positive working relationships

An Enhanced DBS check is required.
