This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As Director of Leisure Sales, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal team reporting to the Director of Sales, you will focus your efforts on driving revenue from the Leisure market segment and building relationships with clients while increasing market share for the resort.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that result in exceeding targets
- Collaborate with other resort departments to deliver an exceptional client and guest experience
- Travel outside of the office to meet with customers and prospective clients to develop business and conduct sales presentations
How you will collaborate with others:
Internally, your colleagues include the local sales and marketing team including marketing, revenue management, and fellow sales managers. Externally, partnering with Hilton Worldwide Sales, travel agencies, and travel advisors are all important to the success of this position.
What you will take ownership of:
- Customer and Account Management
- Develop and execute a monthly, quarterly, and annual business plan for a designated market and accounts
- Represent hotel in all interactions dealing with their customers relative to sales
- Actively engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business for the Resort
- Coordinate and conduct site inspections and familiarity trips through masterful storytelling with prospective and existing customers based on their individual needs

You have these minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of hotel sales experience
- Five (5) years with luxury hotel sales at a five-star property experience
- Established relationships within the leisure market
- Travel up to 40% of the time
- Analyze market trends and data to identify business opportunities
- Passion for the leisure market and proven track record of success
