Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and develop new investment vehicles while overseeing the existing fund range
• Manage legal documentation processes for fund prospectuses and coordinate negotiations of fund agreements
• Oversee new fund launch projects with comprehensive planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement
• Execute market research initiatives including competitive analysis, benchmarking studies, and industry landscape assessments
• Build and maintain relationships with hedge fund and private market partners while managing ongoing investment manager relationships
• Conduct annual product portfolio reviews in accordance with Consumer Duty obligations

Essential Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with hedge funds or private market investment managers
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong communication abilities
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with product, distribution, and marketing functions
