Debt Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of sovereign issuers across emerging markets to identify valuable investment opportunities
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess creditworthiness and relative value
• Incorporate sustainability considerations into investment recommendations
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across global offices
• Present findings and investment cases to the broader investment team
• Participate in strategic discussions on market trends and portfolio positioning
• Engage directly with issuers through meetings and presentations

Requirements:

• Proven track record analysing emerging market sovereign debt, particularly in Asia
• Demonstrated ability to generate profitable investment ideas across hard and local currency instruments
• Strong understanding of ESG factors in sovereign risk assessment
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
