Key Duties for the Client Analyst:
- Client and prospect meeting preparation
- Client and prospect meeting follow up
- Handling client calls and queries
- Supporting the wider team
- CRM record-keeping and Client Annual Review process
- Managing the Advisory Investment Dashboard
- Supporting Advisers on their Business Plans
- Assist with client onboarding
- Providing cover to Team Assistant, when required.
The Ideal Client Analyst:
- Excellent communicator verbally and in written form
- Team player, with the ability to work alone when required
- Strong attention to detail
- Well presented and professional
- Highly organised and thorough
- Moderate/advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Inquisitive, with a strong desire to learn and develop
