This market-leading City firm is looking to hire a versatile associate to work on a broad-ranging caseload of marine insurance claims (primarily hull, war, marine liability, cargo, mortgagee's interest insurance, marine cyber and yachts), and wet and dry shipping. Some policy drafting will also be required.

Any arbitration (particularly LMAA terms) and litigation experience would be helpful as would any language skills. Clients include insurers (domestic and overseas), charterers, freight forwarders, shipowners, ports and terminal operators. Previous marine insurance experience is essential.
