As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading the commercial relationships with some of our largest and most strategic Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) clients. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic relationship management with proactive business development. You’ll be accountable for growing high-value accounts, forging new executive relationships, and expanding our footprint across a targeted group of priority prospects.

What you’ll be doing…
- Leading and expanding high-value relationships with senior stakeholders across complex TMT client accounts, becoming a trusted advisor who adds commercial and strategic value beyond the product.
- Driving commercial growth and retention by identifying and securing new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and renewal of existing contracts through proactive engagement and value delivery.
- Developing strategic account plans to influence C-level decisions and unlock long-term partnerships.
- Engaging new personas, navigating cross-functional client teams, and opening up untapped departments to accelerate account expansion.
- Working closely with internal teams—client success, analysts, consultants, marketing, and product—to co-create value propositions that deliver measurable client impact.
- Using our internal thought leadership and market insight to challenge clients’ thinking, inform their strategy, and elevate conversations from transactional to transformative.
