A global leader in satellite communications and technology is seeking to add an experienced Employment Counsel to their dynamic legal team. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this role will provide comprehensive legal support on employment and labour matters across the UK and EMEA region.
You will work closely with the People & Culture (P&C) team and business stakeholders to address complex legal issues, draft and review employment-related documents, design policies, and manage litigation and outside counsel activities.
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified lawyer in the UK or a common-law jurisdiction with 3-7 years’ PQE from leading law firms with in-house experience. Extensive experience in employment/labour law, with a strong background in both advisory and litigation roles, is essential. Experience working within a geographically dispersed legal team would be beneficial.
