We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join our Capital Markets team in London. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant experience in capital markets helping advise companies on capital structures and executing transactions in European capital markets. As a key member of our team, you will help with debt and equity capital markets activities across current portfolio companies and new investments as well as helping to manage overall GA banking and lending relationships.
Responsibilities:- Negotiating debt commitment papers and credit agreements
- Evaluating banks and financing sources for transactions, assisting with outreach and negotiating debt commitment papers and credit agreements
- Managing the financing diligence process alongside investment teams
- Assisting with portfolio company public market readiness and IPO execution
- Preparing market analysis and updates for portfolio companies and internal committees
- Manage key banking and lender relationships across EMEA
- Analyzing existing and prospective portfolio companies to develop capital structure recommendations
- Assisting with portfolio company hedging and FX requirements
- 6-10 years of capital markets, leveraged finance or private credit experience
- Leveraged finance or non-investment grade lending experience a plus
- Experience in one of the 5 core sectors of GA a plus (Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services, Consumer, Life Sciences)
- A self-starter with good communication skills
- A high level of professional maturity and a solid work ethic
- Team player who is comfortable in a highly demanding work environment
