A rapidly expanding scientific manufacturing business in Oxford (OX2) has created a new role for a Process Engineer to ensure compliance and drive improvements across their cleanroom manufacturing operations. This is a demanding and wide-ranging role that will form an integral part of the company's future growth and success.

Process Engineer Key Tasks:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes in cleanroom environments.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes meet regulatory and quality standards, including GMP requirements.
  • Monitor and control environmental conditions within clean room spaces to maintain compliance.
  • Lead troubleshooting on production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for clean room equipment and processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including clean room SOPs, SOP work instructions, and training materials for goods in QC as well as operators training.
  • Train production staff on all manufacturing processes including clean room protocols, gowning procedures, and process best practices.

The ideal Process Engineer will have extensive knowledge of good manufacturing practices and clean room protocols, ISO 14644 and have a demonstrable track record of utilising their skills to create and improve processes across manufacturing operations.
