We are seeking an exceptional EA from the investment sector or similar to join a high-profile transatlantic tech investor based in stunning West End offices. This is a fixed term contract role for 1 year.
You will be supporting a small and dynamic team of global Executives in a varied and busy role where your relationship building skills will be as essential as your organisational skills.
Your duties:
- Proactively manage, assess and predict the day-to-day needs of your executives
- Ensure they are prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events
- Heavy multi-time zone calendaring
- International & domestic travel
- Accurate & timely expense reporting
- Project manage marketing initiatives
- Act as the team point person: handle team requests, problem-solve, and keep the team on-track and organised
- Support and provide cover for the other EAs within the team as and when required
- Be an exceptional ambassador for your team and the overall company at all times
You:
- Degree educated
- Proactive - always 2 steps ahead
- Experience in investment or tech or similar environment
- Exceptional relationship builder
- Tech Savvy (ideally comfortable with G suite and Slack)
