Are you an immediately available Business Analyst (IT) seeking an exciting contract with a renowned Financial Services organisation? The role involves the co-ordination of system solution activities through the full project life cycle to continually improve the effectiveness of systems, associated processes and procedures. The smooth delivery of system upgrades and enhancements, on time and on budget is a key objective of the IT Team in improving the overall efficiency, effectiveness of the business and usability of the system.
Duties:
- Responsible for information gathering, analysis and business requirements definition for financial services system.
- Elicit requirements using appropriate methods such as interviews or workshops.
- Participate in Change Management including raising Change Requests, liaising with external suppliers, assisting test and release planning and updating the CM database.
- Identify and complete configuration Change Requests.
- Understand and document process flows within the business in order to identify potential efficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Assist in the creation and management of test plans which align with business requirements along with the Production Support & Test Manager.
The successful candidate will ideally be BCS accredited and Agile experience is advantageous. Experience within the financial services or automotive sector is beneficial. The role is inside IR35 and the day rate via an umbrella company is up to £400 per day. Excellent working environment and hybrid working model - 3 days a week in the office.
