The successful English Teacher will be required to plan, deliver and mark dynamic and comprehensive English lessons across all key stages. You will deputise for the Head of English, assisting in leading the creation and establishment of outstanding provisions with English.

  • Develop innovative English lesson plans that cater to various learning abilities/styles, ensuring all students are engaged and challenged.
  • Prepare students for exams and performances, providing them with the skills and confidence needed to excel.
  • Be accountable for student progress and development in English across KS3 and KS4.
  • Track student progress.

You will be joining a diverse and inclusive secondary school based in Newham. Onsite parking is available and there are great public transport links.
