Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all electrical installations on-site.
- Ensure that construction works are carried out in accordance with design drawings, project specifications, and work schedule.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design and engineering standards.
- Identify material needs on-site in a timely manner, inform the Site Chief, and perform warehouse controls regularly.
- Continuously check the man-hour values related to the construction works.
- Submit daily progress reports with attachments to the Site Chief.
- Inform the Site Chief about material, manpower, and site issues in a timely manner to assist in taking necessary precautions.
- Check defects or incomplete works on-site reported by the Client, take preventive or corrective actions against potential issues, and report the situation to the Site Chief where no solution has been achieved.
- Enforce and promote strict adherence to health and safety regulations on the construction site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial projects; preferable to have Factory or Industrial Plant Experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working on construction sites and familiarity with site safety protocols.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- ECS Card (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) or equivalent.
