This role, pivotal in supporting the IT PMO, will be instrumental in steering and embedding new ways of working within the organisation's Target Operating Model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Target Operating Model work, focusing on implementation, change management and embedding new methodologies.
- Driving outcomes to ensure the right people are in the right place at the appropriate time.
- Providing senior leadership with vital information to understand the status of the portfolio of change consistently.
- Leading the creation of analytics, dashboards, KPIs and reporting to support IT change delivery.
- Securing programme and portfolio level RAAIDD and activity planning.
