About the Role

Job Overview

  • Managing and improving core reporting processes such as Royalty and Forecast submissions
  • Producing accurate financial reports and submissions for licensors
  • Liaising with both internal teams and external licensors to ensure timely reporting
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce risk
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Proactively identifying and resolving reporting and forecasting issues
  • Partnering with internal teams including Buying, Design, Finance, and Legal
  • Providing financial and commercial analysis to support key business decisions
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all work
  • Ensuring all reporting processes align with licensor requirements and internal standards

Package Description

  • £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
  • Based in Liverpool Head Office
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst or Commercial Finance related role
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to spot and correct data issues
  • A high level of attention to detail and a structured approach to reporting and forecasting
  • An analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem solving
  • Experience improving reporting systems and spreadsheet processes
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and work independently to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Experience working with licensors, finance teams, and commercial stakeholders
  • Good organisational habits, ensuring all reports and records are well maintained and audit-ready
  • A strong understanding of commercial processes within licensing or a related industry.
