Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across core modules including Business Management, Organisational Behaviour, Digital Business, Professional Skills, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Utilise Chunked Experiential Learning Theory and a flipped classroom format to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Conduct lectures, workshops, skills lessons, and tutorials both on-campus and online.
  • Create and mark assessments, provide tutorials, and supervise independent study.
  • Engage in curriculum development and programme development to ensure relevance and rigour.
  • Participate in administrative, recruitment, and marketing activities as required.
  • Potential teaching during evenings and weekends, based on programme needs and lecturer availability.
