Insite360 is a function within Gilbarco Veeder Root with a portfolio of managed and automated software services that enables fuel operators to:
- Manage risk, control and reduce variance (Wet Stock Management)
- Optimise the fuel replenishment process (Logistics)
- Manage fuel costs and profit (Financial)
We receive data from the Tank Gauge onsite that is connected to the probes in the tank on a petrol forecourt and we detect fuel losses, theft, meter drift, delivery shortfalls etc. Our Analysts provide 1st line support to our customers. The Analyst will identify, investigate, close-out and or provide solutions to system generated and customer reported incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of effective management controls and assist in the monitoring of customer accounts through regular reporting and daily management activities.
- Monitor and analyse wet stock live alarms within set time limits.
- Process AVA and SIR tanks sufficiently and escalate issues accordingly.
- Provide specialist support to field personnel to help identify and correct customer site issues.
- Ensure adequate follow-up and resolution for identified issues and deviances.
- Ensure the timely completion of all daily operational tasks including customer reporting requirements.
- Responsible for creation and implementation of procedures to support the management of new/established customer accounts and ensuring all customer support.
- Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of regulatory guidelines as they apply to each customer.
- Support field test activities and site enrolments for new services as required.
- Troubleshooting of remote communication issues, primarily modem and TCP/IP communication protocols.
- Working cohesively with your colleagues/wider IS360 team to provide support/training and information on day-to-day activities; take on additional responsibilities to enable a larger project to be delivered.
- Assist the Team Leader with Daily Management activities.
- Provide live demonstrations of Tools / Systems to customers and staff.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fluent level of English (spoken and written)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office skills specifically Excel
- Previous experience of client relationship/account management
- Extensive experience gained working in the Wetstock Industry as Analyst
- Patience and ability to develop, coach and mentor others in the delivery of services to our customers.
- Some commercial (B2B) background with knowledge of contractual commitments and legal requirements in a service oriented operation.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude
- Structured, organized and self-driven
- Demonstrable ability to gather, analyse and summarise data to draw rational, fact-based conclusions.
