Your Role:

In this leadership position, you\’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties , ensuring they align with strategic goals for nature, carbon, and community impact . Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Management: Lead lease negotiations, valuations, rent reviews, and easements.
Performance Optimisation: Analyse key performance indicators to maximise income and support sustainability goals.
Tenant & Stakeholder Relations: Build long-term partnerships that enhance environmental and community benefits.
Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving issues effectively.
Sustainable Innovation: Implement forward-thinking land management practices for public benefit, carbon sequestration, and conservation.

What You\’ll Need:

RICS Accreditation – Full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (postgraduate qualification).
5+ years\’ experience in estate management and rural surveying.
Strong Negotiation & Project Management Skills – Confident in lease negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
Industry Knowledge – Understanding of land use, agriculture, environmental issues, and sustainable development.
