If yes, read on… We are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Management Information team, where you will be working with different clients and colleagues to provide business insight through use of data analysis, visualisations and reporting.
You will be working closely with business stakeholders and clients, providing insight on business performance, supporting projects and other Business or MI led initiatives. You’ll also be producing and developing visually appealing dashboards and bespoke reports, as well as critiquing existing reports and identifying potential improvements across both the MI team and wider Arcus estate.
Data mining and insight supports operational activity and the foundation of any effective business decision is data, so your analytical support for new bids, projects and campaigns is key. You may find it challenging balancing a demanding workload within a fast-paced work environment, but you will rise to the challenge as this is something you are used to and enjoy.
You will be a highly motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously and deliver against tight deadlines. You’ll enjoy working with data and delight in providing relevant and accurate reporting to support operational decision-making. You will be a highly analytical problem-solver who enjoys working with data to translate requirements into reports and analysis.
In your role you’ll be working with colleagues from across the business, so your communication skills will help to build relationships and influence at all levels.
Other requirements include:
- HND/Degree level qualification in Maths, Data Science, Computing or similar.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Extensive experience in data analysis & reporting from multiple data sources and complex data sets.
- Proven track record of delivering performance improvement through data analysis.
- Experience in BI software such as Cognos, SSRS and Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage.
