We are seeking an experienced Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join an expanding healthcare team near East London. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your prescribing skills and contribute to patient care. They are looking for someone to cover 5 days a week on an ASAP start.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and assessments.
- Prescribe medications and other interventions within your scope of practice.
- Monitor and review patient responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
- Registered Independent Prescriber with the relevant regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC).
