What you will be doing as a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Dulwich:

  • Managing a team of property managers, to oversee our portfolio across Dulwich and Streatham
  • Leading daily meetings with the Property Management team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KSI's
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
  • Property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring all properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Dulwich:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings

At some point(s) in your application process, you may be required to interview via video call. 30 days annual leave per year includes bank holidays. If you work a bank holiday, you will have a day in lieu, to replace that holiday day. Our Employee Assistance Programme offers up to six sessions of support and guidance, via telephone.
